Film someone cooking. You might choose to make an instructional video or something more narrative; see how the characters are emphasised through action and film language in the second and third videos.

This is most obviously a cinematography task. Lighting, focus and movement are paramount. However, it could equally show your abilities as an editor or a sound designer. As ever, just know what you are being assessed as and plan for that role.
