What are we doing?
Scenario: You are an aspiring filmmaker, eager to break onto the short film festival circuit. Before making your first film, you need to make sure it is likely to be a success. That means you need to learn about research methods, and then use them on your own film idea. You also need to make a living while you’re learning, so you produce work for local schools and universities.
What EXACTLY are we doing?
Three big assignments.
-
Produce a resource to teach kids how to conduct research
-
Produce research into a film that already exists
-
Produce research into your own film idea.
ASSIGNMENT 1:
You need to CREATE A RESOURCE to teach LEVEL 2/ GCSE students about RESEARCH METHODS.
